BRIS, 802013-3420, address, (hereinafter referred to as “BRIS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a chatbot (hereinafter referred to as “Brisbot” or the “bot”) that provides you answers and advice to common questions and concerns.

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) informs you about how BRIS treat Private Data that we process about you. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then we cannot provide the Services to you and you should stop access the Platform.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Brisbot on the collection, use and disclosure of your information on the services we offer. You can access the Brisbot via Facebook. When doing so Facebook´s Privacy Policy applies to the collection and processing of your Personal Information. What does Personal Data mean?

With Personal Data we mean information, which is directly, or indirectly referable to a natural living person, e.g. name, email-address and IP addresses.

What Information Do We Collect?

The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from you:

Technical Data:

When you use the Brisbot certain information will be collected automatically by out Third Party Platform Provider (which are Facebook and Kik)receive and record information from your web browser when you interact with the Services, including (i) your IP address and Wi-Fi address, (ii) and cookie information and (iii) device information such as what device you are using the Service on, operating system, device settings, unique device identifiers and crash data. This information is used to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services. While our Third Party Platform Providers collect and store IP address information, that information is not made public.

Aggregate Data:

We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyze and improve them.

Our Third Party Platform Providers collect statistical information about how you, collectively, use the Services (“Aggregate Information”). Some of this information is derived from Personal Information. This statistical information is not Personal Information and cannot be tied back to you, or your web browser.

We do however urge you to think carefully about including any specific information you may deem private in content that you submit through the Services, and to locally erase sensitive conversations in your device.

Our Third Party Platform Providers further share Aggregate Information with our developers and service providers and other persons with whom wethey improve the service. WeThey share this type of statistical data so that ourtheir developers and service providers can understand how and how often people use ourthe Services.

Out Third Party Platform Providers otherwise store all of our information, including your IP address information, using industry-standard techniques. We do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to information about you that we store, Personal Information or otherwise.

Brisbot collect the information in order to answer most of your questions and provide you with advice. The data we collect will help the Brisbot to continue to develop and for it to be able to give You the best answers it can.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Information?

  • You can use features of the Services without registering or logging in, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.
  • You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us.
  • Once per calendar year, you are entitled to, by a signed application, obtain a transcript of the Personal Data we hold about you free of charge. We will at your request or by own initiative correct, rectify or erase personal identifiable information found to be incorrect or misleading. If you request that BRIS shall erase any Personal Data, your request should be justified according to the applicable legal framework on privacy laws.

What Happens When There Are Changes to this Privacy Policy?

If we make changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Services. If the changes are material, we will provide you additional, prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances and, where required under applicable law, ask for your consent.

Please note, BRIS is not responsible for changes made in Facebook or Kik´s Privacy Policy which may affect the processing and collection of your Personal Data

Data Processors

We may use a subcontractor in order to, on our behalf, perform the tasks in accordance with the above, e.g. IT suppliers, server suppliers, suppliers of digital data, analyzing tools (“Data Processors”). Such Data Processor will have the same obligations regarding the processing of Personal Data as we have towards you.

Our Data Processors can be geographically located both within and outside the EU/EEA your Personal Data may be transferred to or stored in a country outside the EU/EEA. As a result, you might get less legal rights in relation to your Personal Data. Your user name may be disclosed to other users of the Service. By creating a user account to the Service, you agree that user's Personal Data is transferred and stored outside the EU / EEA.

Personal Data may also be disclosed if it is necessary in order to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to preserve our legal interests or to detect, prevent, or pay attention to fraud and other security or technical issues.

Some of the Data Processors or Third Parties to which we transfer your Personal Data send and/or store data outside the EU/EEA. As a consequence, your Personal Data may be transferred to, or stored in, a country outside the EU/EEA. We strive to, at our best efforts, achieve and uphold an adequate level of integrity for your Personal Data as required by law.
